The link you supplied takes us to a very informative writing on the serpent and how she has been depicted throughout the world in different times. i enjoyed reading it.

Your drawing is amazing. It seems you always are able to tap into that part of yourself that causes the metamorphosis from thoughts and the images they create, to the forms that you create on paper (or any other support). This is, indeed, a very powerful image and holds, for me, a great and undeniable symbolism of the Goddess and her qualities of regeneration....including destruction and rebirth.
